the daily purge 5-19-16

Proboscidea – a animal with an nose.

This is a decorative elephant, used to perk up the downtrodden passing through our living room. Well, not now obviously, since T Purging L is all about getting rid of stuff in our home. Now if you’re downtrodden and walk through our living room you remain downtrodden.

Last year, My Sweet Rib traveled to Thailand to teach sex education to a room full of school girls.

(pointing to picture) “Repeat after me – This is a urethra. Urethra”.

As part of her time off between instruction, she left for a weekend to an elephant compound where abused and damaged elephants are rescued, cared for and allowed to romp about (as best they can) in the tall grasses and river. Whereas one day MSR hardly ever considered the plight of elephants being forced to carry heavy loads, entertain persons in circuses, and painted in gay colors to amuse and impress small ‘g’ gods, she went away from that compound with a deep understanding of animal cruelty. Since then, she has donated regularly to The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Chiang Mai and hopes to return there one day to tend to them again. Your Lord demands we care for and use His creation responsibly.

Proverbs 12:10  The righteous care for the needs of their animals, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.
